Kylie Minogue got physical with Alan Carr as she taught him some of the moves to her song, Sexercise.

The Australian singer, who wore a playsuit emblazoned with gold hearts and gold heels, showed the Chatty Man host how to perform the routines with the exercise balls from the music video, with Alan stripping down to a vest, Y-fronts and red stilettos.

She also demonstrated how to perch and roll around on the ball comfortably.

Kylie, who has released her new album Kiss Me Once, admitted she never expected long-term success.

"2012 was the year we celebrated my 25 years in the music business, which was fabulous. It just stuns me - I was probably supposed to be a one-hit-wonder and managed to make a life and career out of that," she told Alan.

The 45-year-old star, who joined the judging panel of BBC's The Voice alongside Sir Tom Jones, Will.i.am and Ricky Wilson, also confirmed she would not reprise her role on The Voice for the next series, but hinted she could return in future seasons.

"Not next season. I'll know that I'll miss it," she said. "When the next series comes around I'll be watching like all of you guys. I just can't go back next season as I am on tour, but the season after that... It's an open book. Let's see."

Kylie revealed she enjoyed being on the show, although it was emotional at times.

"It was so much fun. Well most of it was fun," she continued. "There are moments during that show where you get so involved and stressed and tearful. It was good to do something different and I loved it."

Sir Ian McKellen and Nick Grimshaw also appear on Alan Carr's Chatty Man, which airs on Channel 4 on Fridays at 10pm.
