Radio 1 breakfast host Nick Grimshaw and singer Olly Murs are among stars joining Lord Coe in a Sport Relief challenge which will see them take on a number of Olympic disciplines at the site of London 2012.
Synchronised swimming, track cycling and rhythmic gymnastics are among the events which will be tackled by two teams who go head-to-head for the annual fundraising extravaganza.
Other familiar faces lined up for the contest include Grimshaw's station colleague Greg James, actress Sally Phillips and ex-England cricket captain Andrew Flintoff.
They have signed up for Sport Relief's Clash Of The Titans challenge in which they will form teams headed by former Locog chief and middle distance champion Lord Coe and comedian John Bishop, tackling the events at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. It will be screened on March 21 by the BBC with Clare Balding hosting the coverage.
Also taking part will be Olympic boxing gold medallist Nicola Adams, presenter Patrick Kielty, TV presenter Helen Skelton and 2010 Winter Olympic skeleton gold medallist Amy Williams.
Grimshaw is also undertaking a cycling challenge for Sport Relief, pedalling solidly for 12 hours, during which he will present his show. Fans can buy tickets to watch Clash Of The Titans at ticketmaster.co.uk/sportrelief.
