BRAD Friedel is relishing the prospect of bringing Liverpool and Manchester United down to size - once Blackburn Rovers have finished off Portsmouth in the Carling Cup tie.
Following tonight's fourth round clash at Fratton Park, Rovers host Liverpool at Ewood Park on Saturday in the Premier League before travelling to Old Trafford the following week.
After beating Tottenham 2-1 on Sunday, Friedel insists Rovers fear nobody and he is relishing more games against the so-called big four'.
"We are capable of beating Liverpool and Manchester United," said the Rovers goalkeeper.
"We've also got Portsmouth, so you can say we've got four games back-to-back that are very difficult.
"But that's what the Premier League is all about. We love these games, we don't shy away from them."
