Extradition bid on Manchester City owner

THAILAND is preparing to seek the extradition of Manchester City owner Thaksin Shinawatra, who returned to exile in England earlier this week.
The Supreme Court issued arrest warrants on Monday for the ex-prime minister and his wife Pojaman after they failed to attend a hearing on a corruption case pending against them.
