What's with the sudden influx of portuguese players? I'm yet to be convinced that any are good enough for the first team perhaps with the exception of Gomes. Is this simply a continuation of improving the value of the club by signing free transfers with a few to developing them and selling them for profit at a later date?
Thanks,
John

If we do sell the likes of olsson and Nzonzi how much do you think we will get for them and is it possible that they could go on loan, so we can have them back at some point.

I have heard a rumor that S. Kean is also on the transfer list ?
Could you please verify this as it would seem to be a very important issue ?
I'm unsure where I heard it, but I'm quite sure I must have been dreaming !
is it true that the asking price is £1.3 million ?
And could you please ask what is his best position is because he seems to fade in games. Very strange considering he his the most positive person ?
I'm perplexed over this and, some real answers would help my cause, and in particular this blinding headache I have.
Yours very kindly & sincerely
The Road Runner although myself I prefer cross country and the beach in St. Annes.
Thanks

Why do they have 6 digits?
Why when we have the worst manager of any team in the world ever, are they still below us?
It's all very mind boggling!

Given that they are probably one of the most expensive teams in the division, especially going forward, why do they play negative football?

Due to our worringly lack of defensive cover especially LB & RB do you think they will buy anyone before the deadline and if so who have you heard?

Hi Andy
Bearing in mind your concerns over the money being spent (transfers and debts etc) who do you think will be sold today and how much for?
Also what do you think tomorrow's team will be?
Ben - LondonRover
I think Andy might get 100% on the suspected transfers by that point.

Who owns Blackburn rovers, does Steve Kean and/or jerome Anderson have a financial stake in the club and if so what are the details. Why have rovers gone from being one of if not the best run club in the country to possibly one of the worst. I bet cryer hasn't the balls to ask these questions and to insist on some transparancy

.
Yes we are - The FA are investigating Rovers and already were doing so, even before the meeting with BRAG at least 2 compliance departments of the FA had infomation on Rovers and were/are actively seeking more infomation.
Also, the British govt (AKA the Sports Ministry) has now made an official complaint to the Indian govt and has asked for their help because they have given Venkys a list of questions to answer and so far Venkys have refused to do so.
As far as I am aware, BRAG, FA and the UK govt are all currently actively investigating numerous things concerning BRFC - these may/do include - ACTUAL ownership, 3rd party player ownership deals, other FA/league rule breaches, possible criminal activity (conspiricy to commit fraud, money laundering etc etc) - ie some very complex and potentially very SERIOUS allegations (thats why things seem to take for-ever - hard to prove and time-consuming, but this is also why the UK govt has got itself involved - they have vowed that "corruption in (any) sport, WILL NOT BE TOLLORATED") .
I know some people will "poo-poo" what I have just written but my infomation comes from 3 or 4 different (impeccable) sources and thats the situation (as I understand it) at this current time.

Like I said, I've not SEEN this proof with my own eyes but I have spoken to 3 seperate people on 3 seperate ocassions (all of whom I know have had access to the BRAG documentation) all of whom have said EXACTLY the same thing to me - ie what I have just written above - that VENKYS, SK and JA are all owners in the club.
Also, I understand that the FA were also in receipt of this infomation BEFORE they had the meeting with BRAG (ie whoever supplied BRAG with the proof, also passed this documentation to the proper authorities, ie the relevant FA compliance dept).

As far as I understand the current situ down Ewood, SS is a Venkys employee and is directly answerable to them.
SK and PA HATE SS as they now DO NOT have overall control at Ewood (as they thought they would at the begining of summer). Also, SK as lost his DIRECT access to Mrs D as this channel of comunication now goes directly through SS.
Also the 2 ownerships parties are now (and have been for approx 12 months) at loggerheaps (but are tied together in an uneasy marriage) - Venkys on one hand and SK/JA on the other.
This is most commenly/openly seen in incoming transfers (I think this is why our buying of players appears so wierd from the outside).
Basic, the Portuguese players, and C K-R are SK/JA signings - JR, LB are definately SS (Venkys do have their hands on the purse strings - they are also picking up ALL BRFC loses) and the 2 Fulham signings maybe either/both parties - hard to be sure.
All in all, given the fractions and problems behind the scenes at the club I think they've done as well as can be expected from the players in and have limited the amount of players leaving the club in this transfer window.
