Blackburn Rovers jury question of the week

EACH Thursday, only in your Lancashire Telegraph newspaper, our panel of six Blackburn Rovers fans give their verdict on a big talking point of the week.

You'll still need to buy the paper to see what our fans' panel thinks, but now you can join the debate as we pose the question to our online readers too.

This week's topic is:

With Chelsea visiting Ewood on Sunday and home games against Manchester United and Arsenal still to come, can Rovers influence the outcome of the title race?

Add your comments below. If the online feature proves popular we will look at incorporating your views into the newspaper too.

Stupid question. Of course Rovers can influence - but only if we give it a go against all three teams.
.
If we lose all three games - then the effect of Rovers will be non-existent. A draw against any team will have an influence.
.
However, in reality, does any Rovers supporter give a monkey's about who wins the Premiership....certa
inly not me. It's only about Rovers, the rest is for Fantasy Football fans and Armchairs.

my heart says we can...my head says maybe we can, it will be 3 hard games but knowing rovers so often in the past we have come out fighting against the bigger teams, its the crappy teams we always struggle against, as for chelsea, think the fact they are missing Cech in goal will be a boost for us as i dont thin turnbull or hilario are anything more than average keepers, also no ashley cole or carvalho so there 1st choice defence is missing, will still be hard tho

Agreed. Chelsea don't seem to be as solid as they usually are. Terry's looking a little dodgy right now. Rovers to possibly edge it 2-1

I think we are unlikely to get any points from those three games. As long as we take the three on offer at the Dingledome, I'll be happy.

Against the top clubs you need a player like Duffer that they fear - did you see him give Juventus the run around last night? Big mistake not bringing him back last summer. We don't have that type of player at present.
.
The big games are Birmingham and Burnley which we need to target min 4 points from. With no midweek games until the end of the season though I am mystified as to why we have booked Birmingham in the derby week especially with Chelsea being Sunday as well?

31st.....
