New Blackburn Rovers shirt to go on sale

BLACKBURN Rovers fans will get their first glimpse of the club’s new home strip when it hits the streets later this week.

The eagerly-awaited home strip, which has been designed and manufactured by Umbro, is set to go on sale from 9am this Saturday (July 11) at the Roverstore.

Fans unable to make their way to Ewood Park for the official launch can pre-order the kit by visiting www.onerovers.co.uk.

Simon Williams, head of commercial and marketing at Rovers, said: “The new home kit looks fantastic and I’m sure our fans will love it.”

worst strip weve had for years its dire,like the sponsors umbro cheap rubbish..fans should design the shirts then best 10 get voted on..

its not that bad to be honest, plain and simple no need to be anythin else really, all the other kit makes are producing horrible shirts also

Looks a bit plain and cheap, umbro probably say its a 'vintage' look, but i bet its cus they only have to pay the little african chappies 10p a shirt. lol

why do we have to have the sponsor plastered in black like a cheap bin bag, sort it out !!
when we had coors as a sponsor for one game against notts forrest the sponsor was blended in to the shirt, that would be miles better !!

best rover shirt was the 80s one with perspex on..think it was spall the maker..nice shirt,well as nice as a rovers shirt can be..
