WE asked Rovers fans on Twitter if they think Gary Bowyer should bring in an on-loan attacker.
Here's are some of the responses...
Bowyer needs to make a choice. Hold Marshall to account or replace him. He provides options going fwd but has been poor. @TheLordPike
Would like to have a look at Forrester. We’ve had him for long enough now. If he has the potential got to see it. @bluerover77
I’d prefer to get in a centre half. With Jordan in this form, just stopping goals is the issue #rovers @RealTomNeville
If the quality is available, we do need another option, pace being one. No harm in upping the competition. @CharlesAVSBRFC
A ‘number 10’ yeah, not a striker. @liamshaw95
If it’s a quality player yes. But with the squad getting injuries maybe a defender is best. @roddick79
Depends on the quality of the loan player but I’d rather use Mahoney or Forrester in the 1st team. @Roversfan4ever
Plenty of options available but Gary believes gap too wide between U21s and 1st. Should have courage of his convictions more. Keep slots open for key players. @Folkdevil
A couple of the youth players are ready to be used but we need an experienced targetman alongside Rhodes. @GTRowe31
We need a player with real pace as an option. Reality is Bowyer won’t start them tho = hard to attract. @boneofrath
We do have the players. However, injuries will no doubt mount over time & Barrow’s space needs to be occupied! @PhilBLAHBLAH
Last season GB brought in Henry & Baptiste on loan. This season we’re still shipping goals but no talk of a defender. We need centre half/right back cover, especially with Lowe out. @BrisbaneRover
