SCOTLAND'S entry for this year's round-the-world yacht race got the wind in its sails as it showed off its new look on the west coast.
The clipper, Glasgow: Scotland With Style, was among a field of 200 competing in the Bell Lawrie Scottish Series which set off from Loch Fyne.
Glasgow's 68-foot yacht, complete with a spinnaker sail in saltire colours, was one of the star attractions, along with the Uniquely Singapore vessel.
Both will represent their countries in the Clipper 07-08 race which kicks off on September 16.
Teams from 10 international cities compete in the 35,000-mile gruelling challenge which starts and finishes in Liverpool.
Glasgow-based crew member Sue Scott, 42, was onboard Scotland With Style and will be part of the team for the round-the-world adventure.
She said: "The Glasgow: Scotland with Style boat was looking great at the weekend and attracted a lot of attention from the racing fleet.
"She was a real show stopper."
