A WHEELCHAIR tennis ace is one of the leading contenders for a national men's singles title less than two and half years after taking up the sport.
Gordon Reid, 15, from Helensburgh, is hoping to win at the 2007 National Wheelchair Tennis Championships, which start tomorrow in Gloucester.
He joins Scots Ryan MacDonald, Peter Moore and Kevin Simpson, who he trains with in Scotstoun the tournament.
