THE 10 celebrities taking part in the new series of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! were unveiled yesterday.

They are glamour girl Jordan, George Best's wife Alex, former Sex Pistol John Lydon, one-time pop star Peter Andre, former royal reporter Jennie Bond, former Olympic athlete Diane Modahl, aristocrat and fraudster Lord Brocket, ex-Atomic Kitten Kerry McFadden, former footballer Neil Ruddock and DJ Mike Read.

Announcement of the names had been delayed as the celebrities wrangled over their contracts, but they have now signed and are heading off to the Australian jungle.

The new series starts next Monday on ITV1, hosted once again by Ant and Dec.

The stars must survive in what the programme-makers have dubbed ''one of the most cruel environments on earth''.

Stripped of luxuries, they will have to earn food rations by taking part in ''bushtucker trials'', which are screened live.

Over two weeks they will battle it out until one of them is crowned king or queen of the jungle.

Natalka Znak, executive producer, said the line-up for the third series is the most unpredictable yet.

''The celebrities think they know what they're in for but we've got some surprises in store for them - and when they least expect it.

''We've assembled the most unpredictable cast yet - and anything could happen.''
