BLACKBURN Rovers are awaiting official confirmation that Ruben Rochina has completed his transfer to Granada.

The striker passed a medical with the La Liga outfit on Sunday ahead of his proposed move back to Spain.

Rochina has one year remaining on his four-year contract with Rovers.

But it remains unclear whether the club will receive a fee for the 23-year-old.

Young Rovers defender Anthony O’Connor, meanwhile, has signed for Plymouth Argyle on a six-month loan. He will remain at the League Two side until January 10, 2015.

Can't understand why O'connor is being farmed out to lower league clubs when GB says he lacks Championship experience he will never get it doing this, surely the best way is to have him on the bench and give him some game time here and there and he would probably rise to the challenge quicker than GB might think.
