THERE have been two further changes to Blackburn Rovers’ 2014-15 Championship fixture list.

The visit of Wolverhampton Wanderers to Ewood Park on Saturday, January 10 has been moved back to Sunday, January 11, with a 2pm kick off, due to the fact that Burnley are also scheduled to play at home on the original date.

Also moved back a day is Rovers’ trip to Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday, March 3.

The Hillsborough encounter will now go ahead on Wednesday, March 4, with a 7.45pm kick off, given Sheffield United are also scheduled to play at home on the original date.

Rovers get their campaign under way at home to Cardiff City on Friday, August 8 (7.45pm).

The big opener was pencilled in for Saturday, August 9.

But it has been brought forward after being selected to be televised live on Sky Sports.

Rovers, who return to pre-season training on Wednesday, travel to AFC Telford United on Saturday, July 12 (3pm) for their first friendly of the summer.
