Lucky us. We get to keep a boring, average manager who is happy to have an average team, to achieve an average position in an average league. Me and I'm sure many other Rovers are also boycotting another season.

Yeah we're all boycotting Super_Cnut, sorry, Mark.
Next season we'll have gates of about 150 and a squad of 8 players thanks to FFP.

Gary Bowyer

First published in Sport

GARY Bowyer has this afternoon issued a statement reiterating his commitment to Blackburn Rovers.

Bowyer has been linked with the vacancy at Leeds United but the Rovers boss said: “I recently met with the owners in India and those discussions were both positive and constructive.

"I am fully committed to building on the foundations we have put in place over the past 12 months.

"There is a strong sense of unity with all concerned at Blackburn Rovers and I look forward to that continuing as we plan for next season."
