Former Blackburn Rovers stars at Chorley

THREE former Blackburn Rovers stars are reuniting for a special legends evening at Chorley Football Club tonight.

Current Chorley assistant manager Matt Jansen will be joined by ex-Rovers team-mates Michael Gray and Andy Todd for an evening with the stars.

Former Premier League referee Mark Halsey will also join the star-studded panel, along with ex-Houghton Weavers funny man Norman Prince, who will compere the evening.

Jansen said: “It promises to be a cracking night and I’m really looking forward to having some banter with Mickey and Toddy.

“We still meet up socially from time to time and the banter always flies so I’m sure it will be an entertaining evening.”

Admission to the event, which starts at 7.30pm tonight, is £5 including a pie and peas supper.
