A round-up of reports on Rovers draw at Hillsborough...

Sheffield Wednesday and Blackburn shared the points in a six-goal thriller at Hillsborough on a day when English football’s biggest tragedy was remembered.

Jordan Rhodes, Craig Conway and Michael Keane scored for the visitors with Lewis Buxton and Atdhe Nuhiu, with a double, replying for Wednesday.

Yorkshire Post

Giant Owls striker Atdhe Nuhiu smashed in two goals to dent Blackburn Rovers play-off hopes at an emotional Hillsborough as football paid tribute to the fans who died at the ground 25 years ago.

Sunday Sport

ATDHE Nuhiu made sure both clubs got a point on a day football was secondary. A red rose was placed on each of the 96 seats painted white to remember victims of the Hillsborough disaster.

The second most disappointing result of the season, we should have made the play offs this season and we are well capable of beating any of the other sides in the play off places. Continually letting in late goals is very unprofessional.

As everyone says hopefully we will be more consistent and professional next season, still very disappointed.

Play-offs ?
No chance !
How many points have been thrown away ?
Sadly, a weak and inexperienced manager must shoulder the blame for so many tactical errors.
Perhaps next season ?...
