Former Blackburn Rovers players qualify as directors

FORMER Blackburn Rovers duo Jason Roberts and Nathan Blake are among 14 former players who have qualified as boardroom directors.
The group have graduated from an accredited course and hope to get more ethnic minorities in football boardrooms.
Ex-Blackburn Rovers coach Darren Moore is also among the players to have qualified, together with Les Ferdinand, Ian Taylor, Michael Johnson and Chris Ramsey.
The ‘On Board’ initiative has received support from the FA and the PFA and will provide football with a pool of former players who are qualified to become directors.
