3:16pm

BOOKED Rovers left-back Tommy Spurr for a stupid tackle on Ryan Fredericks on the far side of the box. 14 mins. 0-0.

3:15pm

Steve Morison, who was excellent in the reverse fixture, already causing problems for the Rovers defence. Open start. 13 mins. 0-0.

3:09pm

3:07pm

And another chance for the Lions. An Owen Garvan corner swung to the back post and Steve Morison, under pressure, sends a diving header from close range straight at Paul Robinson. Should have done better. 4 mins. 0-0.

3:06pm

First chance of the match goes Millwall's way as Scott McDonald's header is turned over by Paul Robinson. It came from a Ryan Fredericks cross. 3 mins. 0-0.

3:04pm

We are under way a little later than usual here at the Den, which is bathed in glorious sunshine.

2:46pm

The teams in full are...

Millwall: Forde, Fredericks, Lowry, Beevers, Williams, Edwards, Abdou, Garvan, Onyedinma, McDonald, Morison. Subs: Bywater, Malone, Robinson, Upson, Woolford, Jackson, Maierhofer.

Rovers: Robinson, Keane, Hanley, Kilgallon, Spurr, Evans, Williamson, Conway, Dunn, Varney, Rhodes. Subs: Eastwood, Kane, King, Olsson, Taylor, Dabo, Cairney.

2:45pm

Rovers have made two changes for this afternoon’s Championship clash at basement boys Millwall.

One is enforced as Luke Varney replaces Rudy Gestede, who is ruled out with a groin injury.

The other is tactical as fit-captain Grant Hanley replaces Todd Kane, who drops to the bench.

Hanley will resume his centre-back partnership with Matt Kilgallon with Michael Keane switching to right-back.

Millwall, who slipped to the bottom of the table in midweek, make four changes and include new loan signing Carlos Edwards in their starting line-up.

2:44pm

Good afternoon and welcome to the sun-kissed Den.

Liability is the right word, he did exactly the same thing against Wigan when we were on our best run and in good form. What a bloody mess, just when other teams near the top are getting the jitters.

Come on the 10 men, fightback!!

Got to say Hanley's petulance has cost rovers dearly this season, he has to learn from this,he misses another game, looks like we are going to get a 2-2 but this should have been a certain win today.

Down to 10 men, two penalties awarded against us, yet pull off a 2 - 2 draw at the death.

This squad certainly doesn't collapse under pressure any more.

Three points on Tuesday and we are just 5 points behind.

Well done today. We all saw what a great side Leicester are when they scraped a draw against Rovers last week so to come off only two goals down is a credit to you. Despite this defeat, and the effect it's going to have on the rest of your season, I still think you will make the playoffs but I have to fancy Wigan to pip you for the Wembley place. Well done though for giving it a good little go.

cannot help but feel robbed,,we should have had far too much for Millwall today but Handley may have cost us all 3 points for his rash challenge, We would have to be very fortunate to get into the mix but we may just have enough left in the tank to make a belated all out attack and maybe even shock a few of our contenders,,Its all hands to the pump and see were we get,

How I would loved to have seen poor old David's face when the equaliser went in. He must have been creaming his pyjamas when Millwall scored their second penalty and utterly devastated at not being able to gloat at a defeat. Add to that, his beloved Burnley getting beat, there will be much grumpiness in the Care Home tonight.

Seven games left means that the chasing clubs have 21 points to play for. Do you REALLY believe that you can ride out your lucky run to the finishing line? I am only sorry that we won't be the team in the playoffs to put paid to your Premiership pipe dream. Maybe next season if you have another lucky run.
