Pelligrini is stating that City are going for all four trophies this season. They're taking it serious. Will be a hard game no doubt.

Its not that long ago since we won a cup final, are you referring to that? We may be in a lower league now, but this not a cup final to us, most of us remember days like these every week after many years in the Prem, and before you say that is history, well that's what makes a club, we have won more than most in the football league and that includes Burnley. I cant see you ever catching us up, and I don't think you will ever win the Prem trophy.
BLACKBURN ROVERS....A BAD THREE YEARS...but still bigger, more respected and better than Burnley.

No you don't, I hate to break it to you sunshine, you may have missed it, but you have been relegated from the Premier League.

This means that you now play in the Championship therefore your ground is definitely, 100% a CHAMPIONSHIP GROUND.

Not quite,we are a Championship club, but we have a ground built for the P.L. Should you Dingles by some miracle make it to the P.L. this time, you will be a Premier League club, but never with what most people will regard as a Premier League ground. It will seem like going back to the 19 century for the rest of the league visiting your hovel.

I wouldn't place Ewood in the top 20 stadia in English football. I think you are getting a bit carried away with the thought of premiership status - let it go. There are better grounds in the Championship and I don't see a 'Riverside' at Molineux - do you?
I can imagine the response - wooden seats etc. We are a small club and we can admit it.

I'll guarantee you Burnley never win the prem trophy, who is going to give Burnley the money to do that?
This is the state football is in - most fans dreams aspire to be a bottom half premier team and if everything is great then you might get 9th or a long way in a cup that others are not taking as seriously because of the CL.
whoopedoo
Both our clubs have won more than most in the football league thanks to our great heritage. It was only one mans money that changed things for you or we would have won similar amounts in the past 30 or so years
