More than 70 bikers gathered for a memorial ride to remember their friend who died in a motorbike accident.
Friends of Ryan Gibbons met in Witham Road, Cressing, last Tuesday evening and rode to Borley and then onto Chelmsford following the route of his favourite ride.
The 23-year-old of The Westerings, Cressing, died on April 16 last year after coming off his bike in Witham Road.
Organiser Marc Latchford believed the ride was a fitting tribute to his friend and described how everyone commemorative wore hoodies The 19-year-old of Witham Road, Cressing, said: “It was fantastic, the turn out was amazing, better than I could have ever asked for.
“He loved going to Borley.
“It was a fitting tribute, the most fitting that we could have done.”
