. Will they be the type to get us back up, I wonder? You know, people on here tell me the owners are worth billions, billions. If this is so, and they own thousands of companies all over this wide world, and Rolls Royces and Bentleys and they have told us they will get it right...... Will some-one please explain to me why we are dabbling in CJ and Tommy? Is this the height of their ambitions? Where is the £5 mill for each window? Ooooh Not impressed!

i can't see us getting anywhere near the play-offs this year cos of all the nonsense surrounding our club and the legacy of the first bald one. for me a top 10 finish would be bonus
however, we need to have a proper crack at it next season.....and so far, appleton seems to be doing the right thing with the backroom staff and if the likes of dj campbell comes on board - its ok by me

Hull are well above us in the table and not too long ago were in the Premier League. They weren't a one year team either unlike Burnley and Blackpool, who are two cheapskate teams.

The damage done to our club by Venkeys is beyond belief. Don't blame Kean, Shaw, Agnew, Hendry, Black, Berg, Appleton or Singh, these clowns were employed by the biggest ring masters on gods earth , those clueless , conning, asset stripping b@stards from India.
Sorry sorry state and its gut wrenching for proper working class fans like us who grafted all week & looked forward to having a club and team to be proud of on a Saturday.

Ok that's happened before due to our size etc and we've sold plenty, but and its a big BUT, before this shower owned us we used to replace with well scouted players who we turned once again into excellent players. Now we're scrapping around for cheap dog 5hit wanna be's/ never weres on freebies or little money .

These clowns are worth several times that allegedly. Ok a lot of it nay be tied up in assets but they're still cash rich. Their attitude stinks and is the worst indication of their countries caste system. The way they strutted about for the cameras after turning up in their Bentleys versus Charlton was disgusting. Did Jack make such grand entrances? And he was there many many times but knew how to respect the people and town who made him rich through common working class lad made good decorum, not rubbing peoples noses in it. They are the scum of the earth , simple as that and I don't wear this "it happens at other clubs" garbage. Two wrongs don't make a right. Wigan Swansea Southampton Norwich are no where near us in size history or prestige but I'll lay Chester odds they'll be premiership clubs next season due to diligent and caring owners. Villa& QPR look like they're going the same direction as we did. Both owned by football clueless rich kids playing football monopoly and doing it badly.

Amazing! People getting excited about D (is that for donkey?) J Campbell, how we have fallen from grace. Just heard guy on talksport saying Samba signing for QPR is genius & he's 1 of the best defenders of the last 5 years in Prem and we're scroping round trying to get some player who's considering us or Hull!! The whole lot of them want sticking on top of a funeral pyre while they're alive and see how a slow painfull death really feels
You are clinging onto the recent past.
I challenge anyone to dispute my reasoning and give me some proof

Every club in the land is crying out for sugar daddies to inject millions. And if they do not, or cannot, or will not, they are failures. Doug Ellis at Villa was slaughtered by supporters like yourselves.

Brad Friedel makes the distinction between managers who are "improvers" and "importers". We very much need "improvers" now, because Venkys are certainly not going to throw money at us.
