TEAM NEWS: Wolves v Blackburn Rovers

TODD Kane has been handed his Blackburn Rovers debut for tonight’s Championship fixture at Wolves.

Gary Bowyer takes caretaker charge for the final time after Michael Appleton was confirmed as the club’s new manager.

Kane makes his Rovers debut after signing on loan from Chelsea, replacing the injured Adam Henley.

Simon Vukcevic comes back into the side to replace Diogo Rosado but Josh King misses out with a hamstring problem.

Rovers: Jake Kean, Todd Kane, Scott Dann, Grant Hanley, Martin Olsson, Colin Kazim-Richards, Jason Lowe, Danny Murphy, Simon Vukcevic, Ruben Rochina, Jordan Rhodes. Subs: Seb Usai, Gael Givet, Josh Morris, Diogo Rosado, Morten Gamst Pedersen, David Goodwillie, Nuno Gomes.

Good attacking formation playing to our strengths. Bowyer obviously looking for the first goal and a team that can go on and finish the game. Where the hell will we fit Charlie Austin? Maybe he could warm Best's shirt till he comes back. 3 points and another clean sheet for Gary Bowyer tonight boys, nothing else is acceptable
