bowyers blue n white army it makes sense to keep gary on as manager no release clause to pay he knows the players and more importantly what position they are the strongest and finally i know its only 2 games in but 100% record speaks volumes as berg had 10 games and managed only 10% win record cmon venkys do us all a favour and look at the team now as what it has been over the past 2 years they play as a team and look very dangerous on the break not lookin at how much they cost peace out homies rtid

A Rover 45 years and over says...
5:02pm Tue 1 Jan 13

If Taylor is appointed they all should be sacked and Shebby is clearly showing he has his own agenda by keep looking at 2nd rate managers because he wants to manage and buy players without taking responsibility and just have a coach to train the players. His judgement on every thing has been very flawed up to now. I think whatever we do he will interfere and mess it up.
Let Gary Bowyer get a few points on the board for now.

A very valuable six points gained, just a shame they didn't think enough of the club to give 100% earlier ,better late than never though. What happens next all depends on the morons in charge , If they make the right choice for manager quickly, back him in the transfer window , and let him run the team unhindered, then these back to back wins could be the start of a serious push for promotion, but, if they continue with their pathetic, ego fuelled power games, then these six points will probably only be valuable in staving off relegation. Just let us all hope than they finally have woken up to their inadequacies and the former takes place at long last ....Anyone know the attendance? Couldn't get over for this one .. R.T.I.D.”

I agree that Mr Bowyer should be given the job, an excellent performance today. As for Peter Taylor ,or anyone else, it is all paper talk and rumours - will some folk ever learn? The LT reporter on here has already said no decision has been made.

As for Peter Taylor, he can't be any worse than Kean and Berg. He got the Gills promoted, so as a Gills fan as well as Rovers, I do admit to being a bit biased!

I thnk the club needs someone with a strong personality that could steady the ship and work in conjunction with Gary Bowyer.

Whilst I am no fan of the owners and shebby, it seems to me that no matter who they appoint someone is going to moan. As they say, you can please some of the people some of the time................

I agree. When you make a plan you have to stick to it otherwise there's no point having one. You can't keep re-routing everytime something happens. Venkys did this with Kean. He got a win over Liverpool and soon the job was his. Giving somebody a job on the back of 2 wins is just as stupid as sacking somebody after 57 days. Left the ground with a smile on my face today for the first time in 2 years, excellent 2nd half performance against a decent team.

Keans one handed save at 1 -0 won the game, and won over the fans as well, good to hear all sides of the ground getting behind the team, it's been a long, long time coming.

Not happy with the "Shebby is a ****" chants though, there are an awful lot of self respecting **** out there who will be pretty upset at that.

Even the Ripper had his fans, not surprising that Kean has one..

Tom F's bedroom probably has Keano pics and newspaper cut out, blood stained on the Kean Out chants in a darkened room in his council flat or parents house. Let him be or else that guy you keep seeing when you walk down the street? just maybe looking for a few bodies to cut up and make himself a keano body suit...
Hey redbloooooded,

U r poor,....at least i can easily spend Money on my Club as much as i want.

Thanks Keano for getting us this squad.
Booooooboys leave our Club alone!
Rhodes and King...not Kean's.
There u go again.
Boooooboys no brain!
Rhodsey was whose signing???
Boooooooboys OUT!
Venky's signed Rhodes. Kean had NO input in his signing. Although I admit he was employed by them at the time but he was on his way out. Thanks to Shebby, only thing Shebby has got right.
Bang on. I can't quite believe that anyone has such a low intelligence that they even mention the most hated, useless, lying, drunke

n,delusional, money grabbing, odius shyster to ever be employed at Ewood in its history. he's either mentally subnormal or a member of the six fingered bunleh sissy squad,in which case they both apply....R.T.I.D....
He's a Dingle just trying a wind up.

Hasn't a clue about the facts.

Best ignored really.

Gary Bowyer's blue and white army

give him the job.....sometimes the one in the backround is the right person! 100% win ratio 3-0
Best Iiii1111......

Shouted it from the rooftops since eyeballing at Barnsley. This is the guy to put all things together for Humpty Dumpty !

So pleased for Bowyer and Co - brilliant.

Haven't had the pleasure today so I cannot really comment on the match, but Barnsley was enough.

KEEP BOWYER IN !

Arte et labore
How can you make that assessment based on one game?

For the first forty five minutes we looked like a pub team. A flukey goal set us up for a victory that did not look likely and on the back of that you want to pledge our future to a guy that has happily sat in the background for eight years? I don't know whether Bowyer is good enough or not but to apoint him now would be ridiculous. By all means let him continue as caretaker until we have had the opportunity to assess ALL the options rather than be rushed into another impetuous decision.

Only four Kean signings in the starting 11 today. Get your facts right muppet.

Then again being a Dingle you haven't a clue what's going on at Ewood.
Harwoodsblueshit u r mental!
All keano except king u k n o b!
Not all transfers are down to the manager. Sometimes it's the owners or board members who make that decision. To put you out of your misery, lets look at yesterday's team:

Kean - Academy 2009
Henley - Academy 2001
Hanley - Academy 2008
Dann - Kean 2011
Olsson - Academy 2006
Lowe - Academy 2003
Murphy - Kean 2012
King - Berg 2012
Rochina - Venky's/Anderson 2011
Rhodes - Venky's/Singh 2012
Kazim-Richards - Kean 2012

Olsson - Kean 2012
Pedersen - Souness 2004
Goodwillie - Kean 2011

Hardly Steve Kean's team.

BRFC fans....happy NEW YEAR.

Prospects look good...!
ok
I have tried to look at the 1st team squad and analyzed what players are ok and what potential we have and those that should be moved on.
I would like to hear what other fans views are?
List those who you want out?
What players would you like to see playing at BRFC ?
Have you seen any players you think could do the business for Rovers?
Let’s hear your views?

Paul Robinson - OK: let go if he wants out.
Grzegorz Sandomierski - Untried
Jake Kean –YOUNG Ok: Potential
Martin Olsson- OK Keep if motivated
Nuno Henrique- Untried Potential
Gael Givet- sell ; Ok Keep if motivated
Scott Dann- Ok Keep; sell if money is right
Josh Morris- YOUNG Ok Potential
Adam Henley- YOUNG Ok Potential
Grant Hanley- ok for squad not 1st team
Bruno Ribeiro- ok for squad; Potential
Jason Lowe- YOUNG Ok as squad member
David Dunn- past it; let go
Mauro Formica- Not good enough, sell if possible
Morten Gamst Pedersen- past it; let go
Danny Murphy- past it; let go
Marcus Olsson- ok for squad
Paulo Jorge- YOUNG Untried Potential
Dickson Etuhu- past it; let go
Simon Vukcevic- Ok Potential
Diogo Rosado- YOUNG OK Potential
Fabio Nunes- YOUNG OK Potential
Leon Best- ??? Hopefully ok
Jordan Rhodes- Keep of course
Joshua King- OK Buy Potential
Nuno Gomes- Ok Keep
Ruben Rochina- OK keep if motivated
Colin Kazim-Richards- OK Keep
Bradley Orr – Crap; sell
David Goodwillie ok But sell if money refunded.

we now require a midfield general, a leader, a box to box player someone who can command the team and motivate them.

& we require a good strong central defender to play alongside Dann as he lacks confident and cannot distribute the ball well.
Hopefully with a commanding figure in defence, Dann will be okay alongside.
