Sorry but he didn't 'get rid' of Kean. His antics - which didn't please Mrs Desai - gave the unsackable Kean the opportunity to resign while still getting a bumper pay-out. Granted, the end result was what everyone wanted but let's not put Shebby on a pedestal - he's no shining knight in blue and white armour.

They're all as bad as each other. I can't see how you can say Singh is pretty insignificant when, by his own admission, he has the final say on the day-to-day running of the club. He only answers to Venky's. Shaw and Agnew are often required to answer to him.

Get all three out and start from scratch.

Don't be distracted by the Shabby Show and let the two lurking in the shadows get overlooked. Shebby is undoubtedly a blathering nicompoop but Agnew and Shaw, particularly Agnew are doing worse behind the curtain Shebby is providing for them. All the lot must go. Getting rid of Shebby won't help. It will just give Agnew the sole power he wants.

If we are unfortunately stuck with the Venkys for the long term,the solution is simple.
1. Get rid of SS,PA,DS,CH.
2. Send one of the Rao's to Wigan to see how a small town club should be run
3. Appoint a proper chairman with the appropriate values that Rovers always stood for (ideally John Williams if he would take it or Venkys would be prepared to eat humble pie)
4. Allow the new chairman to appoint an internal structure which reflects what Rovers always was- stable,prudent,in touch with the supporters.
5. Give the above carte blanche to appoint their own manager of the club and initiate a major campaign over the summer to reclaim the thousands of supporters who whilst still supporting the club have voted with their feet and cannot bear to step into Ewood.
6. Venkys to back the new administration without reservation and to adopt a totally back seat position at least until some modicum of stability is restored

Sorry but one of my New Year's resolutions is to stop listen to conspiracy theories and tales of kickbacks and bungs. Unless anybody has proof of any such dealings - other than, "it's common knowledge" - then I don't want to hear about it.

Talking of championship manager I have recently taken Aston Villa to three consecutive league titles, 2 FA cups, 1 Europa cup and a champions league win. Does that qualify me above shebby.

This is a dangerous situation we are in without doubt. Shebby needs to calm down and be more of a diplomat within the Club. They all need to work together for the good of the Club. I wouldn't like any of the individuals involved to be allowed to run the Club on their own.Maybe they should let us see their job descriptions ( if they have one ) then we can all see who is responsible for what. All these fancy titles mean nothing.

iv a lack of info here. apart from being paid for doing nothing.just what exactly have shaw and agnew done?i hear them vilified a lot, but?i hear people say their s.k.`s men,etc.but isn`t rhodes?and before you say S.S. santioned it, what about ethuhu and murphy? one thing i know for certaint is that we need stability.which does not look likely with these three at our club.

The club were uon a downward spiral till Singh was recruited. He stabilised the club a bit but his decision to recruit Henning was very risky with hindsight. His heart is with rovers. Shebby, get the next managers decision right.
