ACCRINGTON Stanley begin life without John Coleman with this afternoon's visit of Gillingham.
Leam Richardson has been put in caretaker charge of the Reds, and names an unchanged team from last weekend's trip to Aldershot.
A win this afternoon would guarantee Stanley a place in the top seven, for 24 hours at least, as Oxford do not play their game at Burton Albion until tomorrow.
