BURY target Kal Naismith missed an injury time penalty as Accrington Stanley were beaten at Cheltenham Town in League Two.

Naismith, the subject of a rejected bid from the Shakers earlier in the week, had equalised for Stanley in the 77th minute at the Whaddon Road.

That cancelled out Byron Harrison's 34th-minute opener for Cheltenham, but the hosts went back in front with six minutes left through Koby Arthur.

Stanley looked like they had been handed a lifeline in stoppage time when substitute Piero Mingoia was brought down in the box, but Naismith fired the spot kick over the bar.
