MARCUS Bettinelli has returned to Accrington Stanley on loan until January 30.

The goalkeeper impressed on loan at Stanley in the first half of the season but was recalled by Fulham on Christmas Day after the Premier League lost Maarten Stekelenburg to injury.

Bettinelli has been an unused substitute for Fulham’s last three matches but has now been allowed to return to Stanley.

The Reds' League Two match at Portsmouth has been postponed, however, because of a waterlogged pitch.

Wonder if Stanley have paid for the new kit yet? Word around town is the reason for the change in kit was down to the previous suppliers demanding cash up front as the reds had fallen behind...again.
