HALF TIME: Derby County 1 Burnley 1

CHARLIE Austin has put Burnley back on level terms at half time in this afternoon's Championship fixture at Derby County.

The hosts took the lead in the 20th minute when Jeff Hendrick crossed for Jamie Ward to swivel and find the net from 10 yards.

The Clarets were really struggling in defence and Connor Sammon fired wide when through minutes later.

But Burnley equalised against the run of play in the 32nd minute as Derby failed to clear a Ross Wallace free kick and the ball broke for Austin to clinically hammer home from an angle.

Eddie Howe's side could even have moved in front as Ben Mee headed Kieran Trippier's cross against the crossbar.

What was the final score? I hope it was 2-1 to the Clarets, I've got 2-1 on my coupon.
