HALF-TIME: Burnley 0, Brighton 1

BURNLEY trail at the break to a superb Craig Mackail-Smith strike.
It came from a dubious free kick, after Dean Marney won the ball on the touchline but the midfielder's foot was adjudged to be high against Wayne Bridge.
Ashley Barnes sent the delivery to the edge of the box, where Gordon Greer knocked the ball down for Mackail-Smith.
The striker was the subject of interest from Premier League side Norwich City before yesterday's transfer deadline. But Brighton managed to keep hold of their hitman, who chested the ball down and volleyed past Lee Grant.
There have been few other chances of note for either team.
Jason Shackell was close to getting his head to a Kieran Trippier free kick on the stroke of half-time.
