BURNLEY are set to secure Tottenham midfielder Alex Pritchard on loan until the end of the season before tomorrow's transfer deadline.

The 22-year-old was seen as part of head coach Mauricio Pochettino's first team plans at White Hart Lane.

But after recovering from a long term ankle injury it appears the Spurs chief has given the green light to allowing the former Brentford man to get game time on loan.

And that could mean a reunion with ex-Bees striker Andre Gray, with Burnley the favourites to sign Pritchard - possibly as early as today - despite interest from Middlesbrough.
