MORTON boss Davie Irons has asked the Cappielow faithful to make up a twelfth man for his side against Jags tomorrow.

With Ton's relegation rivals Clyde and Stirling Albion meeting each other at Forthbank, the Greenock gaffer knows his side must be ready to make the most of any slips.

Irons said: "It is another huge game for us and one we are looking forward to.

"With the exception of Barry Smith, we are at full strength and, with it being at home, we will attempt to take the game to Thistle.

"In that respect, the fans have a real part to play. It was great to see at Broadwood, when the conditions were atrocious in midweek, that we had several hundred through.

"That is a new experience for me to have backing like that home and away, and they can give us a hufe lift.

"A point at Clyde has given us a platform going into this one and, with Livingston at home next up for us, it is vital we build on that."
