GOAL-getting Burnley midfielder Michael Kightly celebrated the perfect Easter as he scored the second goal as the Clarets sealed promotion into the Premier League.
Kightly, on target in the win over Blackpool on Good Friday, grabbed the second against Wigan after Ashley Barnes had opened the scoring.
And he smiled: "The goals have been a long time coming. It has been nice to get two.
"It means everything. We were fourth favourites to go down and the character we have shown all season has been amazing. Full credit to the staff and what a great set of lads.
"It’s been ridiculous. I know (Sean Dyche) from my time at Watford. When I came back from a loan spell there I said he was a top manager and that he would go far. He deserves all the credit he gets."
