This live event has finished
And that's it, full time: Watford 1 Burnley 1. That's a big point for the Clarets, they're now 10 points clear in second with only 6 games left.
Deeney shot wide for Watford
90 seconds left here
QPR and Derby have both lost.
Attendance: 16,182 (Burnley 1,732)
Watford sub on 87: Riera for McGugan.
Watford 1 Burnley 1 on 86! Baird's pass to Arfield on the edge of the box and the Scot found space and then found the bottom corner.
Edgar header wide for Burnley
Watford go close twice, Anya went round Heaton and scuffed a shot towards goal, Baird had to race back to clear. Then from the corner Heaton saved from Pudil's header.
Almunia has to make a great save to keep out Ben Mee's header from a Kightly corner. Closest Burnley have come.
Burnley sub on 75: Stock for Jones
Watford sub on 75: Faraoni for Ranegie
Now Tozser crosses and Ranegie's header is saved by Heaton
From the corner Burnley have to make three important blocks, the last turning Abdi's shot into the side ntting
Baird has to get back well to clear after Deeney had played in Anya, good football from Watford
Derby now losing 1-0 at Middlesbrough
Bournemouth 2-1 up against QPR
Burnley sub on 62: Wallace for Treacy
Kightly shot into side netting
Deeney went past Mee but surprisingly passed rather than shot and the chance fizzled out
Arfield with a shot wide
Charlie Austin on bench for QPR today, hopefully his return won't make big dfference
QPR have equalised at Bournemouth
Teams back out for second half
Half time: Watford 1 Burnley 0
McGugan with a shot over for Watford
Good news: QPR are losing at Bournemouth.
As expected 6 mins added on. Arfield lashes a volley wide from 25 yards.
We'll probably have 6 or 7 minutes added on at the end of the half because of that delay.
Watford sub on 42: Battocchio off, Abdi on.
Elsewhere QPR and Derby both drawing 0-0 in their respective away games.
A long injury delay as Battocchio is treated, looks like his right leg is being strapped up for the stretcher, could be a serious one.
Not too much happening at moment, Pudil stabbed a shot wide, but still 1-0.
Burnley starting to keep possession well, think Barnes is doing okay in the difficult lone front role.
Watford fans being whipped up by a hornet playing a drum. Slightly strange.
Another powerful effort from Deeney goes just wide. Burnley looking very vulnerable here.
McGugan's angled shot goes just wide
Barnes goal disallowed for offside, he had turned in Treacy's left wing cross.
Watford 1 Burnley 0 on 9 mins. Deeney allowed space to turn 25 yards out and his powerful shot found the top corner past Heaton. Think it might have taken a slight deflection off Shackell to help loop it over the keeper.
Treacy with a free kick that Almunia saves comfortably.
Kightly with a nice bit of play for Burnley but the attack broke down.
Watford on attack early on.
The match is underway, Burnley have switched ends and are kicking towards the away fans in the first half. Arfield playing just off lone front man Barnes, Treacy on left wing, Kightly on right.
We have an unusual vantage point in the press box here today, with the main stand shut for redevelopment we're on the opposite side of the ground, right at the far end of the stand level with the goalline. To our left are the Burnley fans, a very good turn-out, the away end is packed.
Teams out here at Vicarage Road.
Referee Stuart Attwell takes charge of a game at Vicarage Road for the first time since awarding the infamous 'ghost goal' to Reading in 2008. Hopefully he won't be under too much pressure to appease the Watford fans today, I don't think they've forgiven him for that goal.
Danny Ings is here but is still out with injury, along with Kieran Trippier, Junior Stanislas and obviously Sam Vokes. Dean Marney completes a two-match ban.
