BURNLEY are not expecting any movement in the final hour of the loan window, but Clarets boss Sean Dyche did admit they made tentative moves to bolster the squad for the promotion run-in.

The loan window closes at 5pm today and the Burnley boss was also exploring the option of moving allowing a couple of his squad players the chance to head out on loan.

Dyche said: "We've been searching, not in a fashion that we have to get someone in. We could act if we would. No pending news - a couple of phone calls made and that's as far as it goes.

"There's a couple we are looking to send out to play some football, continue their development. So it's possible."
