Those poor old Blackburn goons could only muster a pathetic 2479 fans for the reverse fixture at Turf Moor.
It must be sad for Blackburn fans to see Burnley so far ahead of them in every possible way, that it is no wonder that most of them decided to stay at home instead of attending the game.

Over 17,000 witnessed the win against Derby on Saturday.

Our superb away following will ensure that Ewood Park really will be turning Claret and Blue next week!

No-dad Reality check #1

Burnley went 2nd in the Championship on 21 September 2013 after a 2-1 win at Leeds.

Following a 2-0 win at Doncaster on October 1st Burnley went to the top of the Championship. At that time Blackburn Rovers were 8th in the league. 10 games had been played. Burnley were 8 points ahead of Blackburn Rovers.

Fast forward to the present day. 33 games have now been played (Blackburn have played 32).

Burnley have amassed 43 points since October 1st.
Blackburn have amassed... 31 points.

Burnley are still in an automatic promotion position.
Blackburn.... have now slipped to 10th place.

So much for that much anticipated catch-up you all claimed was on the way.. What happened? Why are you still so far behind us?

Vastly over-rated? ha ha ha ha

More like vastly under-estimated by just about every team in the league.

Forest were unbeaten in 14 games before we hammered them, Derby were unbeaten in eleven games and had only lost two in 20 games before we smashed them out of sight on Saturday

You goons are next in our firing line I can't help but wonder how are your centre-halves going to manage against the best strike force in the league? Oh I forgot YOU DON'T HAVE ANY DO YOU?.

When was the last time you saw a full ground you muppet.......... Oh yeah, it must have been when you watched a man utd game on telly. Did you notice that we had sold ALL our tickets. For you uneducated morons that means we sold every last one of them, and you bang on about us seeing a full ground when you couldn't even fill the away end at our place......... Laughable really, but then again we shouldn't laugh at the mentally retarded. We have sold 2,000 more away tickets than you managed and people are still trying to find tickets. Even the Darwen end won't be full as we didn't get enough tickets to fill that end. Look at the attendance in the paper next Monday. Your ground holds 30,000, So check out the real attendance then knock 4,500 off which is our allocation, then come back on here bleating that we came to see a full ground. Must go to the bathroom now as I am laughing so hard at you that the tears are rolling down my legs........ Oh sorry that must be a bit too cryptic for you. With you being a special school subnormal I had better explain fully......... I am peeing myself laughing at you and your logic........ What logic?.......exactly
. Remember though that when you start taking your socks off to count (We don't need to do that as we have that extra finger don't forget) . Empty seats don't count. If that was the case then by your mentally defective low intelligence you must have a full ground every home game.

Had to double check to make sure I was on the Rovers page of the LET and not the Claret Comic version. Enjoy the crowing and the banter now you clowns - to be fair your season so far absolutly gives you the right to do that, as you and Lecicester are by far and away the two form teams of this division.

But even though, on form, a Claret win looks likely, you surely all know that local derby games between us always seem to have a twist. Like Dunnys equalising goal last season and Williamsons red card this season.

Maybe Jordan Rhodes will remember where the goals are again, and score a hat-trick, or maybe Cairney will be fit and score a last minute penalty to give us all three points, and then maybe just maybe you will sit on your buses and weep yet again as you drive away to the sound of the Rovers fans singing a new song - a snappy little number called `36 years`....!

Dare to dream Dingles, I dare you!

Yes derby games are different but just think before you harp on about Rhodes finding his finishing prowess again that Danny ings hasn't scored in four. That might make you shake in your boots a bit. Yes we may lose to you we may draw but even without a win we still have one of the best form records in the league that is currently speaking for itself and I know that you mentioned that but what if we win? What if you can't sing your little ditty anymore? What then?

Just the mention of "the Rovers" makes my sides hurt these days... oh the memories.... Steve Kean, Venky's promising Ronaldinho and Beckham and delivering relegation in super quick time, chickens being chased around the penalty area, Shebby Singh, sacking managers every 3 or 4 weeks, managers suing the club, match fixing allegations, massive debts, and so on and so forth......

I think we need to move on this long standing rivalry. Hopefully PNE could possibly be coming back up, so I think it's time we switched our focus to them. Unfortunately Burnley have become far superior in all notions of the word. Players, Manager, Fans, Owners you name it. It kill's me to say this but we could be faced with a cricket scoreline facing the quality strike-force that Burnley possess and the lack of defenders we now have.

Well said Mark, its nice that at least one of you Blackburn fans has a bit of humility and common sense, it makes a refreshing change from the bile and nonsense that most of the retards come out with on a daily basis.

You are correct in your comparison with Preston and should they achieve promotion then I see a rivalry for Blackburn that you may stand a chance of competing in.

I'm with you on the scoreline prediction too, an early goal for the Clarets and the floodgates could well open. Your defence is leaking like a sieve and with Danny Ings due a goal or two we could be witness to a mauling.

Oh we will. We'll dream once again, we'll win promotion once again, and we'll take the £120m windfall that comes with it. Add that to our debt free balance sheet and things will be looking pretty rosy, same fortunately cannot be said for you lot.
Believe you me, even if we don't win on Sunday the "36 years" straw that you're still clutching fades into irrelevance when we're living it up in the Premier League (we'll still be on for it even if you scab a highly unlikely win) and your 500 away fans are enjoying a nice trip to Yeovil, or maybe even Leyton Orient. Phwoarrrrr bet you can't wait for that blockbuster!

What utter nonsense, nobody is lucky for thirty-odd games. Have you never heard the truism in football, "the table doesn't lie"? If you want to make a statement on here at least make it reasonable and sensible. Your whole period of success (such as it was) was down to Jack Walker coming along, were you lucky that you had such a wealthy fan?

This is a Burnley post but that doesn't matter anyway. At derby time there is no such thing as yours and ours. After Sunday I will make one of my rare forays onto the Rovers section.

P!ss off you absolute tit. I really don't understand how it brings you any pleasure to know that when your name pops up on here people instantly hate you. Change your tune because people hate you when they see you in the street as well. If you stop hiding behind that Monika of yours and come out as a rovers fan at least you may get some respect for some of your comments and trust me respect feels nicer that peoples disgust at you. The only person I suppose who doesn't hate you is your mother and once she finds out that you have been posing as a claret fan who's to say she won't abandon you as well you worthless to$$er.
Brilliant. He's got you all ends up there, Turfy-titite!
I don't think people instantly hate me? In fact I quite frequently get the top rated thumbs up on threads - for some reason not on our own 6-fingered page.

You're correct that my mum loves me long time. Is that not modus operandi in our town of inbreds?
Don't be so pathetic. Nobody has the time to bother hating you. They just instantly loathe you as it's so easy.

A word of advice; if your going to attempt to make an effort at being a worthwhile fifth columnist, you must first establish credibility. As you're too stupid to know how to go about this, it's better off you don't even bother as you'll be sniffed out before your first posting accumulates its first thumbs down.
