Tom Heaton 6: Saved from Fortune after McCann sparked a break in first half.
Kieran Trippier 8: Cleared McCann goal bound header from a corner off line.
Michael Duff 7: Wrongly penalised for twice winning the ball in first half. Limped off in second half.
Jason Shackell 7: Kept Clarets organised throughout game, and experience helped them see it out.
Danny Lafferty 6: Battled on bravely at the end to stop a cross, despite struggling with an injury.
Keith Treacy 7: Started brightly and linked superbly with Trippier on the overlap.
Dean Marney 6: Enjoyed head to head with old midfield partner McCann but was casual in second half.
David Jones 7: Denied by the touch of Al Habsi and the crossbar in first half stoppage time.
Scott Arfield 6: Battled for 90 minutes and did his bit to preserve point. Hesitant on break though.
Sam Vokes 7: Brought a save from keeper with a close ranger header. Won flick-ons.
Danny Ings 6: Made a determined start straight from kick-off but barely got a kick for much of game.
