TEAM NEWS: Burnley v Barnsley TOP scorer Danny Ings returns to the line-up as Burnley bid to return to the top of the Championship.
The striker missed Tuesday night's goalless draw with Watford because of an ankle injury sustained in last week's defeat at Huddersfield Town.
But he has been passed fit to face bottom club Barnsley this afternoon, while defender Michael Duff returns from a one-match ban.
Brian Stock continues in a central midfield role with Dean Marney missing a fourth game through injury.
Winger Keith Treacy, who started his second league game since the end of August.
Former Clarets midfielder Micky Mellon is in caretaker charge of Barnsley following last week's sacking of David Flitcroft following a 3-0 home defeat to Birmingham City.
The former Fleetwood manager is looking to back up a midweek win at Brighton on his return to his old club.
