FIVE Dartford Harriers masters athletes competed on Saturday in the British masters athletics federation's indoor championships at Lee Valley.
Cara Oliver, in the W35 age group, came away with gold for the 800m (2:28.64) and silver for the 1,500m (5:05.39).
Christine Clements did well in the W55 field events with high jump silver (1.24m) and long jump bronze (3.64m).
Teresa Eades, also a field events specialist, won the W50 pole vault gold with 2.30m, high jump bronze with 1.30m and was fourth in the long jump with 3.84m.
John Fenton concentrated on the M55 shot putt, with his effort of 11.04m winning him the silver medal.
Arthur Kimber continues his track successes in the M75 age group, breaking his recently established club record for the 400m by timing 82.57s for third place.
He won silver medals in the 800m (3:15.04) and the 1,500m (6:43.19 – another new club record).
