EIGHT Istead & Ifield Harriers took part in the Benidorm international half marathon, where four completing personal best times.
Sally Whitelaw was the fifth lady to finish and the other three to finish with best times were Natalie Marsh, Simon Parrin and Joe Cumberland.

Istead’s men’s team came 16th of 18 and the ladies were 17th of 18.
