BRIAN Laws has told Burnley to sacrifice their Euro vision to improve their chances of staying up.

The Clarets would be favourites to qualify for the Europa League next season through the fair play table if Fulham win the competition.

But boss Laws said: “Doing well in the fair play league reflects the fact that we’re nice, but you can’t be nice when you’re at the bottom.

“We’re an honest bunch of lads and we're not the most aggressive team, but we showed a bit more aggression against Hull.

“That epitomises what we need to do.”
