HURST GREEN boss Graeme Seedall paid tribute to his players after the Ribble Valley club won its first ever county cup.
The East Lancashire League side beat Highgrove from Lancaster 2-0 to lift the Sharrocks LFA Amateur Cup at the County Ground in Leyland.
“It’s an unbelievable achievement,” said Seedall. “Not only for the players and the club but the league as well. Officials deserve great credit for raising the standards in recent years.”
