Burnley boss Steve Cotterill has transfer-listed first team members Micah Hyde, Gifton Noel-Williams, Danny Karbassiyoon and Duane Courtney.

The most high-profile casualty is stand-in skipper Hyde, who will be heading towards the Turf Moor exit door after two years at the club.

The Jamaican international, now 31, has made over 80 appearances for the Turf Moor outfit and played the vast majority of last season.

Also being placed on the list are Noel-Williams, who ended last season at Brighton after hitting the net just twice for the Clarets, former Arsenal trainee Karbassiyoon, who made just six substitute appearances for the Clarets and former Telford man Courtney.

All four players had just a year to run on their current contracts and their names have been circulated to other clubs.
