A LEADING security firm has been unveiled as a new partner for the Junior Clarets supporters club.

Club chairman Barry Kilby and Mark Hamilton, the managing director of G4S, sealed the deal at Turf Moor.

More than 2,000 youngsters are part of the Clarets club, which offers a variety of matchday activities at the Family Village at the Turf.

Mark Hardman, Junior Clarets co-ordinator, said: “Our members meet G4S’s employees at every home game and I envisage a strong working partnership between both organisations.”

The firm has provided stewarding at the club for the past 15 years.

Mr Hamilton added: We fully support the objectives of the Junior Clarets.

"It is an organisation that encourages young people to engage with the club and with sport at an early age.”
