Adam Crossley scored his second brace in two matches when he helped Chorley Reserves crush Burscough Reserves 5-2 in the Lancit Lancashire League West at The Chorley Nissan Victory Park Stadium.
Two goals from Adam Farrell and one from debutant Michael West gave the Magpies a 3-0 half-time lead and Crossley was on the mark twice, once from the penalty spot, before Burscough got on the scoresheet late in the game.
There were outstanding performances from West, Matthew Walsh and Seydou Bamba in midfield and Zac Thomas at centre half.
