Yes they would say that

The modern day print the ticket after checking you on database system is very very slow

I reckon it takes at least 1 min per customer so that means each window can only sell 60 to 240 tickets per hour which prior to kick off isn't good enough. It no doubts puts the speculative customers off coming

I know many people who cant always commit to going to a matches for season tickets and then a week out for a ticket is doubtful due to family and work. Then when then can commit on the day they are put of by the queues at the ticket office so dont bother.

It really is time Rovers got there act together and got it a lot slicker

Maybe a unreserved seating area so people can pay on the gate. I know they like to know who they sell to so maybe a members card that you swipe at the gate to gate in could resolve this

Why they cant just open some pay turnstiles i dont know

Also when they brought in the season ticket cards you were meant to be able to top up your card for cup and friendlies again this isn't the case and just adds to the queues for the ticket offices

The ticket office still seems to be bottom of the league

£12 for a meaningless pre-season friendly kinda put me off.

I'll leave it to the kids to get excited about seeing the new faces have a kickabout.
