Local youngsters can improve their football skills this summer, by taking part in a football training camp being run by ex-professionals and the all-conquering AFC Fylde side.
Former Blackpool and Crystal Palace star Andy Preece has teamed up with the Blackpool-born former Bolton Wanderers keeper Mark Westhead to run the camps at Blackpool and The Fylde College.
The camps are also being run in partnership with AFC Fylde, who changed their name from Kirkham and Wesham this summer, and they will provide free goodies to youngsters such as t-shirts, baseball caps, free match tickets and opportunities to be ball boys at AFC Fylde games.
The courses will run from 8.30am to 5.30pm each day with pick up and drop off times flexible to suit.
The courses run from July 28 to August 29, and children can attend for the full week for £40 or each day for £10.
