MICHAEL Owen handed England boss Steve McClaren another huge headache when he hobbled off against Austria last night ... and out of the European Championship campaign.
His torn thigh muscle will sideline him for a month, which means England will be missing both Wayne Rooney and Owen for Wednesday's crucial qualifier against Croatia.
England won 1-0 thanks to Peter Crouch's header, while David Bentley was a late substitute.
