Blackpool manager Grayson has moved to distance himself from the managerial vacancy at Burnley.
Although he admitted the interest was flattering, he said his only thoughts are on helping Blackpool do well in the Championship.
"That's all it is - speculation. It is always flattering to be linked with other posts but it's bound to happen because as a club we've done OK over the past 18 months," he said.
"It's the same with the players - if certain individuals are doing well within the team, then they get watched too and people begin linking them with other clubs.
"Until someone tells me differently, I'm Blackpool FC manager and I am just concentrating on preparing for the next game, as I always do."
