We asked our Rovers fans’ jury: “Would you make changes to the team for this weekend’s trip to Shrewsbury, and if so, who would you want to see come in?

Don't panic Captain Mulgrew. Now that normal service has been resumed will tinkering with the team really make any difference?

One would presume a defence that allows an opposition forward to run from the halfway line and score after numerous challenges perhaps needs the odd tweak or word in the ear.

Trouble is we are playing the best team in the league and is this the right time to experiment and shake things up?

I might be tempted to include Chapman for the injured Conway and Graham for Antonsson but other options seem to promise little improvement.

It's always easy after a defeat to panic yet there's also something in allowing the players to make amends.

Tony Mowbray has found a consistent team that, on the whole, work well but he must assess his players' fitness, form and the opposition.

In a front two, I'd partner Dominic Samuel with Danny Graham or I'd be tempted to give Bradley Dack a start but as support to the striker in a 4-5-1, not out wide.

Harry Chapman also deserves an opportunity as he has not yet disappointed from the bench.

Whatever Tony Mowbray does, he's open to criticism if things don't work, but like us fans, he can only speculate.

Changes are essential after the drab display on Saturday which ended a fine four game winning run. Such was the expectation that Rovers would claim victory at home to Wimbledon, perhaps the players were complacent. They were definitely not at their best.

With the quality Tony Mowbray has at his disposal, other squad players need to be given a chance. The likes of Peter Whittingham and Ben Gladwin have not made it onto the pitch in the past few games, but did not do enough to be included anyway.

I would make three changes to freshen up the side, bringing in Harry Chapman, Bradley Dack and Danny Graham. All three looked lively when they came off the bench at the weekend. Chapman can make things happen on the wing and deserves to start ahead of Elliott Bennett.

Dack is more suited to playing behind the striker, but could find himself on the left again if Mowbray decides to go with two upfront. Graham was too isolated in the first few games, so I expect him to be partnered with Dominic Samuel, rather than Marcus Antonsson, if he is handed a place in the starting line-up.

It will be a tricky trip to early season high flyers Shrewsbury, who are currently on a club record unbeaten run. Mowbray may decide to try and take a draw and target maximum points at home against Rotherham and Gillingham next week.
