STANLEY boss John Coleman says he was disappointed' with the way the new League Two fixtures have worked out.
The fixture list sees Stanley travel to Wycombe for the season opener on August 11 and travel away to Grimsby Town on Boxing Day.
And rather than have a potentially lucrative local derby against either Rochdale, Bury or newly-promoted Morecambe on Easter Monday, Stanley will face the MK Dons at the Fraser Eagle Stadium.
Coleman said: "I was a bit disappointed with the way they came out because we've been drawn away for the second year running.
"It would have been nice to have a home game because we would have had a bumper crowd on.
"Also, there could have been more thought with the Bank Holiday games. Local derbies would have helped the travelling fans because the traffic at Bank Holidays is awful and the clubs more."
